You also agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions and policies included herein. Further, you acknowledge that we will process your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Site and/or our services will constitute your acknowledgment of this Policy in its current version and your understanding of the terms of this Policy.

You shall also ensure that any person/s who accesses this website or is/are permitted to access this website on your mobile or other electronic device(s) are aware of these Terms including any additional terms and conditions and any policies provided herein, and such person/s also agree to be bound hereto and to comply with these Terms. These terms and conditions and policies included herein are governed by Philippine laws.

This website is provided mainly for users in the Philippines. While it is possible to access our website abroad, Pure Culture makes no representation that this website and/or the content herein is compliant with legal requirements in force in other countries. 

We make no representations and provide no warranties that: (1) your access to our website will be continuous or uninterrupted; (2) the website will be optimized on all browsers or electronic devices; (3) the website will be available at any time or from any particular geographic location. 

Pure Culture reserves the right to suspend access to all or part of the website for any reason, such as for business or operational reasons (e.g. improving the appearance or functionality of the website, content updates, site maintenance, or to resolve any user interface issues). Pure Culture may or may not provide you with prior notice regarding suspension of access to our website in the event of any of the above mentioned reasons.

In the event any information about a product is incorrect (e.g. size, price, etc.), Pure Culture reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that incorrectly described item. In case such a refusal or cancellation of an order and your chosen payment method has been charged, Pure Culture shall issue a credit to that chosen payment method in the same amount of the cancelled order.

You agree and consent to Pure Culture collecting, using, disclosing, and processing your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy below. 

 

Section 6. Payment

Payments shall be made at time of purchase via our third-party payment processors PayPal, XendIt, or Bank Transfer. Accepted modes of payment are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, BDO, and GCash. 

 

Section 7. Shipping and Lost Parcels

Most of our items are shipped within the following business days:

For local shipping within Metro Manila: 1-3 business days

For local shipping outside Metro Manila: 3-7 business days

For Worldwide Shipping: 7-14 days

You will receive a notice once your item has been shipped and is on its way to your provided address. During holidays or sales, our shipping schedules may differ. 

Pure Culture is not liable for any delays by the shipping courier. We are also not liable and accept no responsibility for lost or unclaimed packages. You have the responsibility to provide the accurate and complete address you wish to send your items to. Should you provide Pure Culture the wrong address upon placing your order, and your package is returned to us by the courier, it is your responsibility to inform us and pay for the corresponding shipping fee in order to ship out your parcel once more. 

 

Section 8. Refunds and Exchanges

Only unopened Pure Culture products may be returned for a refund. Claims for refund  must be submitted within 15 days of purchase via our website’s contact us page: https://purecultureph.com/pages/contact-us



Section 9. Terms of Product Use

Pure Culture provides guidelines on how to use our products, found on this website and on the labels and packaging of each product. Such guidelines on our products or this website shall not be substituted for professional medical advice. Our website is merely an online store for the distribution and sale of beauty and skincare products. 

Not everyone shares similar skin sensitivity. Although it is our aim to set the highest standard in clean F-beauty, and we constantly ensure that our products are made from responsibly sourced raw materials and use harmless preservatives, Pure Culture highly recommends that you consult with a medical practitioner prior to using any of our products sold on this website to ensure effectivity and suitability for your skin. All of your medical inquiries shall be coursed through a medical practitioner. 

Further, should adverse reactions such as allergies appear with the continued use of our products, you must stop using the product immediately and consult with your medical practitioner. We make no guarantees about the results of your product use as results will vary for each individual. It also depends on the combination of other skincare products you use. 

Testimonials and reviews published on this website or on any other platform about our products or service are the opinions of the authors only and are not to be taken as medical or scientific advice and/or opinions.

We do not guarantee that this website does not contain viruses or other malicious software. However, we do make reasonable efforts to prevent such viruses or bugs from being uploaded to our website.

Pure Culture disclaims all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for any allergic reaction/s, injury, adverse side effect/s, loss, or damage suffered in relation to or arising from use or misuse of product/s, our website, or our Service. In the event of such injury, allergic reaction, adverse side effects, loss, or damage, the maximum aggregate liability of Pure Culture will be the value of the product purchased.
